Grapefruit
Chia seeds
Rotating fruit.....various berries, kiwi, mango
Rotating vegetable

Frozen banana/strawberry mix, almond/cashew or almond/coconut milk, vanilla whey protein.

Two scoops protein, one scoop PB2, water. Unless it’s Saturday and I’m at the gym. They have interesting flavors.

Meant to add they sell some flavors at GNC. Some of their other flavors you have to order online. I'm going to try the fruity cereal milk flavor next.

Tried this in place of peanut butter to make cleaning easier. It's gross and I ended up throwing away this morning,
