What does this mean? I have some, but really not committed to using it.

So, how do carrots come out? Good thing to add or no? Currently using no veggies at all.

I try to keep mine simple and really only drink/use them when I'm not that hungry
typically:
full fat Fage greet yogurt (best protein to sugar ratio)
a splash of almond or cashew milk to loosen up
handful of kale or spinach
handful of frozen or fresh fruits

Phytoestrogens (plant estrogen). Flax seed has more of it than any other source and it's not close. From what I've read it's unclear how it interacts with the male body because very little testing has been done, but a lot of bodybuilders and people concerned with T levels avoid it.

Silk Unsweetened Vanilla
Couple of tablespoons of plain full fat yogurt
Flaxseed meal (good source of estrogen for man boobs apparently)
Hard boiled egg
1/2 banana
Walnuts
Package of plain gelatine powder
Frozen blueberries
I eat this to break my 19-20 hour fast.
