What's the concept behind a smoothie? Is it a snack or is it intended to replace, you know, real food?

I use as either a snack or breakfast meal replacement

It's a good way to throw a bunch of shite into a blender that you might not otherwise eat

and from most posts in this thread, probably shouldn't, especially not in concentrated proportions straight down the gullet. don't chew, don't pass go, just collect your insulin spike.

Their website is ghost lifestyle.com or something.

They seem pricey. Even with the 20% off that is offered. A bunch of their sponsored athletes have discount codes for it.

The flavors seem really interesting so I might give them a shot after my current bag from myprotein is done.

Yeah that's the drawback

The flavor is good enough to where I don't mind paying a little extra

I've seen good reviews on the milk chocolate but haven't tried that one yet. I ordered some of the fruity cereal milk flavor that should get here Tuesday.

Only ones I've seen at GNC are the regular cereal milk flavor (awesome) and the PB cereal milk flavor (good but not as good as the regular cereal milk flavor IMO)

Actually GNC has buy 2 get 1 free right now.

Just convinced my buddy to go in half with me. So getting 1.5 tubs for the price of one.

Hoping the GNC near me has the fruity cereal milk.

I'll let you know what I get. Apparently it's buy 2 get 1 free on everything in the store pretty much. Hopefully I don't buy other shite I don't need that isn't worth a shite.
