What brand of gym shorts do you wear?

I usually buy the g-graduals from Amazon but they fall apart pretty quick plus I don't like the zipper pockets. You also can't comfortably conceal in them even when tied tight. I don't mind spending 30-40/pair if they're good and will last. I prefer 5" inseams since they look like normal length shorts on me

DCG 6" is my go to for cheap shorts (from Dicks). I am 6'3", 190, may be long for you but they may have a 4-5"
I have been gifted Vuori, Birddogs, Motier, Lululemon which are all nice shorts but I am too rough on stuff to buy $50+ gym shorts

I seem to have them all.
I haven't found a pair of cheap shorts that I actually like yet. I keep trying, but they always fit weird or feel like I'm wearing plastic.
Maybe I'm just too bougie now, but I find myself wearing my Ten Thousand shorts more than the other "high end" shorts like Vuori or Lulu.
Path Projects are more running focused shorts, but I wear them a lot to the gym as well because they have so many pockets.

I like ten thousand shorts
Hell on sale I don't think fabletics stuff is bad, I prefer their gym shirts to most
Ten thousand's versatile tee was my favorite, but they changed it and to me it's not the same

I have BCG, Nike, and Coofandy (Amazon).
I would love to spend money on nice shorts but knowing me, I would get grease on them or rip them doing work in the yard/garage.

I bought ~10 pairs of these when they are $10 each a few months ago. I wear a pair a day and thus far I have zero complaints about them
What length inseam did you go with? I like how they have zipper pockets. I generally wear gym shorts to LSU games since its hot as frick for 90% of them, and I like the idea of my wallet and phone not falling out of my pocket when I've been drinking all day.

I do the 7" - 6'0" kind of long legs for reference. They sit comfortably above the knee but not too short that my balls hang out when I squat down

Are the pockets deep?
Also, I'm looking at the reviews, and this picture cracked me up

I'm currently sitting at work wearing these and the pockets are what prompted me to start the thread

I like the Maamgic ones off Amazon. Generally $25-$30 each. I love the built in compression liner that has a phone holder and 5" inseam. There are side pockets plus a back zippered pocket that I can put my license and credit card in. I'm 5'11" and 165 pounds, so anything longer looks dumb on me. I run, hit the gym, play beach volleyball and pickleball in them.

I need something that will hold an Iphone 16 Plus in a zippered pocket for bike riding. Will Maamgic do that? How big is the compression liner phone holder? I was a fan of Ten Thousand shorts but they are ridiculously expensive and their zippers don't last. I have some Costco specials but the pockets are huge so the phone sloshes around.

That Baw is definitely not squatting in those shorts……

quote:Are you talking about the G Gradual shorts I linked? My zippers are most definitely not horizontal. They are the same as the picture in the link
but I absolutely hate the zipper pockets. They are horizontal instead of vertical and I feel like I'm too retarded to figure out how to easily zip/unzip them.
