I can for sure tell that I've been missing some of the aux lifts. Biceps, shoulders, and (especially) triceps are feeling it currently.

All of those are very pumped up for me right now. Day 3 was nice getting back to the squat rack even if it was just for 3 sets.

Dumbbell Strength
It's surprisingly heavy on legs and will kick your arse if you challenge yourself. One of my favorites.

Yep it’s a favorite of mine, I go back to it every 3-4 months it seems like.

I want to run this, but I have the Bowflex weights that only go up to 52.5 lbs

I am looking to get a set of powerblock this black Friday so hopefully I can run dumbbell strength in December (I'm not doing deadcember )

Has anyone done strength on the go?

My wife should be having our next baby any day now and I'm trying to figure out if this one is worth purchasing to do around the house for the next few weeks.

Displaced, I have power blocks up to 70, if it calls for something I can do/need more lbs I either add reps or slow it down as slow as I can do…. Always gives me what I’m looking for

How are you liking this one? I think this is one of the only plans I have not ran yet.

I have it it is a selection of KB only, DB only, lower, upper push, upper pull, arm only, and total body lifts. I think there is about 3 for each group. I am also expecting a kid this month so I will be utilizing it I am sure!

I borrowed some dumbbells from my gym today and bought some kettelbells over the weekend. Hoping to maybe create some little circuits or something in my back yard. Time to get creative

What is the everyone's favorite to back to back stack of PPSA programs? I've seen people recommend FOTH 1 & 2 but those are too light on lower body for me, my legs shrink up quick haha. Pool season 1 & 2 too obviously but any others you guys like to run back to back?

Big Back Billy and Oak Tree. I could just keep rotating between those two and be happy.

I need a program that will be easy on the elbows, they were screaming today with "All I want for Christmas is a Big Bench."

I usually run Pump City if I want more volume/variety of exercises, and Silverback if I want more intensity. Then I rotate through Arm Farm/Big Bench/70s Big/Mass that lasts/Silverback depending on how much time/how much calories I have that month.

Does someone have a recommendation of a PPSA program that has a lot of pull-ups in it? My wife really wants to be able to do non-banded pull-ups, but is resistant to "just hit them a few times a day outside of the workouts" for some reason. I could sneak them in the warmups, but if he has a program that has a lot of pull-up/chinups in it then I can just point to the pdf so it's not my fault they are written down :D

Answering my own question I went with Filling out the Hoodie and doing lat pulldowns as warmups from super light to working sets every day he says lat stretches :D

I’m on week three of Filling out the Hoodie, and really enjoying it. Recovery has been good with a newborn. It’s my first time running it, and it’ll go into the rotation.

I peeked through the programs I have which is getting close to all of them. Best you’ll get is a program where pull ups/chin ups every other workout, so something like Oak Tree could work well.

I’ve been working out consistently for about a year. Started with 5x5 and moved to a PPL. I was out of town several times in October otherwise I would’ve run the squatober. My lower body has always lacked mass compared to my upper body. I don’t skip leg day, but I did growing up.

Should I do squatober or is there another program better for building strength and mass?

I find that I lack motivation to do squattober outside of squattober, LOL

I've been running mass that last. it absolutely rocks! It will hit your legs hard. It goes high percentages on squat and deadlift twice a week. It also doesn't neglect the auxiliary muscles as it has an entire auxiliary day built in twice a week. Probably one of my favorite plans next to arm farm, Benchamin franklin, and pool season
