Earth Fed Muscle is expensive but insanely good. We put it in oatmeal, yogurt, shakes, etc. mixes great and very clean ingredients

Pulled an audible and decided to run Pool Season 2 for the month of May. Man these OG programs are tough to beat

Hard to pass the OG Arm farm lol but this new Summer Stacked looks great I just looked through the whole plan. Good strength progressions lots of exercise variety and less "junk" volume compared to some of the other PPL programs IMO!
Looks like Summer Stacked II just dropped this weekend. Went ahead and purchased. Not going to lie I am not a big fan of PPL bodybuilding type splits but they are super popular obviously. Going to run this the next 4-6 weeks to switch it up

I've never had that long off, but when I took 2 full weeks off from the gym after a newborn I honestly felt just as strong on my old maxes your body probably appreciated the rest. With that said being a full month off I'd maybe work off an 85% TM for a week and see how that feels and go up if its moving quick.
You may enjoy Hoss Concurrent by Will Ratelle. Former CFB/NFL guy. Heavy focus on commpound lifts similar to PPSA but he adds plylos and sprints. Also has option with Olympic lifts if you want something more athletic.

Really hoping we get a Sports Strenght Pt 2 at some point, this time of year I always want to start a more athletic type of program with some sprints/jumps. The first one was really solid.

Arm fam and pump city I usually finish pretty quickly. I remember the OG brickhouse being a little shorter most days but its supposed to be a 5 day full body split so thats the tradeoff

Curious why you haven't been buying the new programs? Have enough of PPSA in the stash already?

Will Ratelle Hoss Programs

Posted by biggles1883 on 3/16/26 at 12:42 pm
Anyone ever ran Will Ratelle's Hoss programs? He's a great follow on IG. Looks like mainly focused on intense compound lifts and very little accessory work but he has insane physique. Interested in purchasing but wanted to see if anyone has experience with them first?

I planned on skipping this one this year but now that I see it'll have lower body training included im intrigued
I run Oak Tree by Pen and Paper Strength App multiple times a year usually. You can run it as a 3,4,5 or 6 day split. Although with the intensity on percentages I would recommend as a 4 day max IMO.

Hits the big lifts every day, lot of solid accessory work and carries. You will put on muscle and strength on this plan

Its arguably the best PPSA program for size and strength. Its pretty brutal and can take 75 mins if not longer most days.

Yea that is a wild statement hahah I did anabolic fasting back in 2020 and lost 15 lbs of fat in like 4-5 weeks worked great in a pinch + cutting alcohol 100%.

He swears by the lunging for over 10 years so I figured someone out there had maybe done it for an extended period too. Gonna give it a go regardless to see how I do with it

CoryGFitness Lunge everyday

Curious if anyone has done the Cory G Fitness lunge everyday protocol for their conditioning? I have a hard time jogging or doing extended steady cardio I'd rather crush the assaultbike for 5-10 minutes and call it a day. but interested in this lunge protocol.

What is the everyone's favorite to back to back stack of PPSA programs? I've seen people recommend FOTH 1 & 2 but those are too light on lower body for me, my legs shrink up quick haha. Pool season 1 & 2 too obviously but any others you guys like to run back to back?

I have it it is a selection of KB only, DB only, lower, upper push, upper pull, arm only, and total body lifts. I think there is about 3 for each group. I am also expecting a kid this month so I will be utilizing it I am sure!
