Oak Tree and Superset both work if you're looking for barbell work. Superset hits the big three (deadlift, squat, bench) supersetted and finished with some arm work supersetted. It rotates the weight on each of the big liftss the weight each week so you hit each lift heavier, medium, and light.
Oak tree is either Deadlift+ bench and accessory work or Squat + some sort of overhead press and accessory work. Deadlift alternates between conventional and snatch grip.

There’s also Oak Tree, any of the Squatober prep workouts: Brace yourself it’s coming, The Prequel, and Let’s Pregame, Pump City, Summer Stacked 1& 2, and Stacked Jacked and Turning Heads 2 can be run as a three day.
I’m a personal fan of Superset. Turnt Up can be long at times if you adhere to the prescribed rest times. Really enjoying Stacked Jacked, but it can be long if when you did DB Strength 2 you had shorter rest periods. Looking for full body or what?

Agreed. Feel it’s almost against his training ethos. Best bet is either tacking it onto the end of a leg heavy program like the prequel or doing things like tip toe farmer’s walks.

Summer Stacked 1/2, DB Strength 2 if you cut the rest times down. Dr Jacked remastered could be done in under an hour. Also pump city.

I feel like both of his DB programs are really leg heavy. DB 1 has legs everyday and sometimes it feels it's half of each superset. DB 2 continues to lean into the unilateral movements hard and hits in a different way, it's good too. I ran DB 2 earlier this year.

I’m only halfway through, but would say at this point mostly 75-80 minutes if you keep right on the rest periods, or accelerate. Prob 90 minutes with a warm up, and def looking at the later days.

Loved the first summer stacked. I’m currently halfway through Stacked Jacked & Turning Heads 2, and really enjoying it. I’ll prob run summer stacked 2 next.

It's a pretty tough line up as mentioned. Depending on how you're feeling and if you add strongville and/or periodic table of thickness I wouldn't run either of them right after Stacked & Jacked. Maybe insert stronger than a garlic milkshake or pump city in between to wave your intensity/volume. What are your goals?

Either that or run the Mullet 1 or 2 as a three day. You’ll do some variation of the deadlift every session.

BBB is a good option if you've run that before. Other programs that could work.
Brickhouse - 5-day, lower body focused also has hip thrusts
These are all 4 days
The Mullet 1/2 - 4 days Deadlifts every day and either a bench or leg movement
Pool Season 2
Meat Wagon
What are your goals, hypertrophy/strength?

Has anyone run Dr Jacked remastered? Does anyone know what muscle groups it targets/general structure of the days. Debating if I want to do that or FOTH 2 which has 3 press and 2 pull days, so I get that. Looking for something that has slightly higher volume as my sleep is still not completely settled with a 5 month old rather than running something higher intensity. Will run DB Strength 2 after this as a three day and then prob Strongville or PS2 afterwards in the new year.

I’m on week three of Filling out the Hoodie, and really enjoying it. Recovery has been good with a newborn. It’s my first time running it, and it’ll go into the rotation.
I peeked through the programs I have which is getting close to all of them. Best you’ll get is a program where pull ups/chin ups every other workout, so something like Oak Tree could work well.

re: What is your goal calorie deficit for weight loss?

The answer is no. Fitness trackers are only directional accurate, if that, so in the example you describe. You use a BMR calculator, be conservative with your estimates because the TDEE includes your expenditure. Take 500 calories off of your TDEE number and eat that, if your weight does down it’s fine if it doesn’t take another 100 calories off.

100% agree if you have the time to do Squatober do it. I hit a new 1RM max last year and would be doing if it if I had time to lift 5 days a week. I have most of the PPSA plans and same first time seeing zerchers, which means a good chance they'll be programmed this year.
I've just started turnt up since I can realistically lift 3x a week for prob the next month or two.

How do you like the updated prequel program? I prob won't be doing it in October this year, baby is 2 months old and I have been in the wilderness for the last few months. Been running db strength, but don't have the time yet for 5 days of lifting a week or have enough sleep to recover properly. It's a blast though. I did it last year and will prob run Squatober in Jan.

I would say it's pretty doable with minimal equipment at home, but it depends on your setup. I only have kettlebells and dumbbells so I'm picking between the 6 work outs that use those.
You'll rarely need anything more than a barbell, a bench, occasional cable/band push downs but you can sub that out if you want. It really depends if you want/can do deadlifts at home but otherwise you'll feel like you got something in and also dealing with a lack of sleep. It's def more pick and choose like the workouts on his instagram page. Let me know if there's anything else you want to know?

Thanks. Also, I didn’t know he was doing that? I preordered the last book (garage methods) hard to believe it was almost 10 years ago. Was debating asking since I never got that book.

Did anyone here grab strip? Saw that it was released but want to know if it’s more like his power building book? Does it assume you’re familiar with his methods? Can we get a quick review? Thanks.

It has become my favorite PPSA well maybe between it and pool season, but it’s straight to the point. I missed the last three days of Summer Stacked as baby girl was born a couple of weeks ago so I’m running strength on the go for a few weeks until we get settled.
