I’ve been working out consistently for about a year. Started with 5x5 and moved to a PPL. I was out of town several times in October otherwise I would’ve run the squatober. My lower body has always lacked mass compared to my upper body. I don’t skip leg day, but I did growing up.
Should I do squatober or is there another program better for building strength and mass?

I probably watched 5 games a year and the tourney games if we made it when he coached.
I watch 50+ LSU baseball games every year no matter the coach. Baseball is my favorite sport.
The lead up and journey through the season and postseason, figuring out which lineup works best, players/pitchers improving and finding their groove…I find all of this much more enjoyable. I love baseball, always have.
I would love for LSU to win a basketball title but given the choice, I’ll take 4+ months of baseball and a title in Omaha every time.

That’s not true. Likely would’ve been a great game with the edge to LSU, but the games get played for a reason. Takes one bad bounce to lose close games…
