Decided to challenge myself tonight and only got to 20.
Going to try and work up to 50 in a row.

I do mine similar but I can’t help but stop in the plank position first, then push up, then jump up. They take me forever

Ideally you'll land more on your heels than that guy does. Hard on the knees if you are doing a lot of reps and landing on your toes.

Greyskull standard is 100 in 5 min. So 3 second pace. I was supposed to test for 50 at that face tonight but am too hungover to do it.
Will tomorrow. 2 weeks ago did 40 no problem in 2 min.

Anything over 8, and I'm walking them down. More than 20, and I'm walking them back up.

I could probably do a 5 second pace for about 30-30.

The beginning of our AMRAP the other day was max burpees in 3 mins....I got 47 burpees. It was rough!

Got 100 in 5:44, working on getting 100 in 5 min or less. But i can do 12 burpees per min for 30 min for certain...boring as shite but burns fat if u don't have much space to work in.
