I like Gold Standard Protein vanilla. 1 scoop of that, a big dollop of peanut butter, pasteurized egg white, and milk. Mix it in a magic bullet.

I mix Fairlife regular and chocolate milk with a scoop of unflavored whey isolate and a bit of PBFit peanut butter powder.

It’s delicious.

I’ll never go back to buying flavored protein powders.

I don't think too many are making homemade protein powder. Are you talking about isolating your own protein or just buying a non flavored bag?

Nah. I can just buy Fairlife at the store 5 minutes away.

I have family in the cattle business. I eat some part of a cow every day almost. Do employees at Fairlife call the cows losers? Tell them they’ll never be good enough? “You know what, Cow? You’re the reason your dad left!”

They’re cows.

I’m actually curious if there are any reputable protein powders that are just whey and nothing else. No flavors or sweeteners. Preferably no preservatives but that’s probably not possible.

I don’t care if it tastes awful or has a bad mouth feel. I’m just looking for a shot of 25-30g of protein without having to prep, cook, or even chew.

4-5 pitted dates
1 banana
16 oz of milk
Heaping table spoon cocoa powder
1 heaping table spoon of peanut butter
Chocolate or unflavored protein powder.

This is enough for about 2-3 people. So you can half the recipe if just for you.

Recreation of the peanut power plus from smoothie king.

True nutrition has unflavored. I think transparent labs does too.

You’re such a fricktard. You’re free to look up how fairlife has treated their cattle.

You do you, but I believe in treating our livestock humanely. I can’t stop you from being a shitty person though (or a shitty poster).
