Mainstream gym owners that hate powerlifters, that's who. Powerlifters are notorious for fricking up a gym, the equipment, grunting, making messes, and generally just being an eye sore to the rest of the club. That's generally why we have to start our own gyms so we can do all of this stuff and not get fricked with.

I had my membership cancelled at Anytime because of chalk. Old owner had no issue with it. New owner takes over and starts bitching at me in the middle of a set of deadlifts. We start yelling at each other. He complains that the chalk is messy. I shoot back that if he ever bothered to clean the filthy fricking gym chalk wouldn't be an issue. Membership cancelled.

I've had someone do that before and I thought I was going to kill him.

Guilty. Except ours is a small steamroom. 10 minutes in there, long shower, back to work.

I'm playing this game right now. I've come to conclusion it doesn't matter when it comes to creepily staring them down

stare a lot at the absolutely banging yoga pants wearing, low cut Nike top Iranian chick. She makes it move. That's all I got right now.
I stare at just about every decent bodied chick in yoga pants.

What's your technique? Straight up creeper or bouncing off the mirror?

I listen to 80's music occasionally while lifting.
Also, if a hottie walks in right as I am done, somehow I find the energy to do a few more exercises.

One of the few downfalls of my gym is that they are all girls after college. But some of them look like they could walk across a quad and turn several heads. At least there's no guilt in checking out the patterned yoga pants and racerback sports bra.

This is the truth! I recently went in the gym and notice a chick on a treadmill with a banging arse but I couldn't see her face. So I start lifting and between set I go to get a drink at the water fountain only to bump into her. She say "hey Mr. ABears".....and that when I realize I had been checking out my HS aged son's ex-GF....I felt like a real POS

I always use a pad on squats and straps on deadlifts. I'm 37 and Ive lost over a 100 pounds in 18 months. The pad and straps are more comfortable for me and I'm not trying to impress anyone. So I'm going to do things comfortable so I keep my fat arse in there working.

I've been told by a few women that a "not too long" direct glance is a lot less creepy than the bouncing off the mirror routine.

She's an ex. I think you're in the clear.
