Leave that man alone. He would’ve really been 200lbs at 2.5%BF if it wasn’t for his fat cock.

I agree, about stuff like that I kinda just refer to the Gospels. Jesus called Satan the Prince of this world, during Jesus temptation Satan showed him all the wealth and power of this world and he said "All this has been given to me" The world we live in is corrupted by Lucifer and he's the father of lies, distorting the truth is how he works.

He quoting Jesus now. Roid rage in remission. He good

On topic, I'm looking into Tesamorelin to get some fat off. I'm almost 48
This is a genuine question and more generally directed to some in the thread, not specifically you..why are many of you, in your 40s and older, obsessing over a last few pounds of fat around the waist to the point you're willing to take unnecessary meds and restrict your diet and work out excessively? What are you trying to achieve, a longer life or more attractiveness? What are the long term risks of what youre doing and really how much longer do you suppose you'll live as a result. Would a more moderated approach not be sufficient if longevity is the goal?

Don’t judge us all by the OP lol

1. I haven’t taken anything that Dr’s don’t prescribe regularly. There are little to no long term risks & compared to being a fat arse, it’s less than none.
2. Whether you get it from a dr or a gray market site…it still comes from china & I don’t buy anything that isn’t 3rd party tested.
3. TRT, diet & Peptides has reduced my BP, triglycerides, A1C, etc. Every biomarker is now in the green. My BF is hovering around 10% from 20+. Tesa single handedly reduced my cholesterol from 295 to 215 in 3 months. I’m on ZERO meds for BP, cholesterol, etc
4. My diet is only “restricted” for months at a time and it’s not uncomfortable.
5. I’m not trying to live longer. I’m trying to live better. But to your point, there is a direct link between muscle mass & longevity.
6. We may have 2 different ideas as to what “moderated” is. I’m enjoying the gym again for the first time since I quit training and sold my gym

I feel like I’m in between the 10-12% and 15 % pic. I’m 6’1 and have a 31 inch waist at 44. I can’t get abs for shite.

the risk are being average...i fricking despise average....right now im averagly fat and i fricking hate it.

but to answer your question...its mainly goals for people. as far as living longer, depends on what you are taking

as far as moderation....again, why the frick would i ever want to be moderate about anything, you are either in or you are out.

Because extremes lead to problems. See OP who likely has hypogonadism like others I know who were extreme in the past. Not saying youre using testosterone, but what's wrong with lifting a few days per week and running a few days per week and laying off easy to avoid food excesses? So what if you have an extra 15# if your cardiovascular health is really good and you're relatively toned for 50 years old? All this supplementation from sketchy places seems potentially problematic. Tha'ts all.

absolutely nothing

and i do take testosterone but i have to take it for legit health reasons and only take 140mg a week to get me in the range for my age.

so what if he wants to lose the 15 lbs and be ripped?

then lab test it. its not sketchy if you understand that it is coming out of pharma manufacturing plants over seas and you get it lab tested.

but in the end...why do you care what other people do...literally has zero effect on you
