2-3 times a week is fine. Consistency is what matters. I aim for 6 days a week, don't always hit it.

He did predict one of them wouldn't post again. You could be right.

Love my Scag Cheetah II 61" 38.5 hp. It takes just over 2 hours to cut a little over 7 acres.
I read what I wanted apparently when I posted that. I was thinking of mountain dog training when he recommends ab work after working your back for blood flow. Disregard my prior post lol.

Seems like there's some mental health issues there. That should be prioritized and could help with his overall goal. Hope he gets it worked out.

I like Dr Jacked remastered best out of those two. I have the OG version, did a few days of it but switched to a mountain dog program and haven't gone back to redo it.

Jacked up joker is my favorite of all the programs.
Are those workouts closer to 75 or 90 minutes? I know he gave that range. I might try that one in the summer when my kids are out of school.

I think I'll run this one too.
My last purchase was a Sorinex leg curl/leg extension machine. Some are against smith machines, but I'd like to get one.
For me and my 2 kids it's around $1,000.
That's what I use now. They have sales all the time, I think I got mine under $200. I bought a Titan safety squat bar, but haven't used it in a while. I didn't use it a ton. If you were near SC I'd give it to you.

I purchased it, but haven't ran it yet. Curious if the workouts will be in the 90 minute range for this one.
Nice review. I have a garage gym so I'm sure there will be a few exercises I'd have to substitute but it should be doable.

Congrats on the upcoming wedding!

Is anyone able to post the workouts while RMC is out?
