I did a 4 mile zone 2 run on Friday, average heart rate of 143 and a long chipper workout on Saturday that ended with a 60 calorie echo bike which sucked arse.
1 mile suitcase carry and pulling volume today. Enjoy your fat shots lads!

First off....WELCOME BACK BROTHER!!
still lots training but lots from the OT have come over for advice on peps
well glad to see your break didnt change you much and that you still have the GAY, was hoping you would come back cured...but guess not
it sucked arse because its gay
need way way more of this...its the cure for the gay....trust me.
all jokes aside, glad you are back....but to be fair to those on the shot...Reta is bad arse even for those that are in shape
1) shite tons of health benefits
2) those in shape can micro dose, get the health benefits with no sides
3) actually makes gaining muscle much easier, especially helps gaining while staying lean
4) great for longevity and anti aging
really this stack is like the fountain of youth
1) test- 150-200mg weekly
2) HGH- 3iu on 5 days on, 2 off schedule
3) Reta- 0.75-1mg a week split
4) Klow- nightly
combined with a good diet and good training....hard to beat that stack for health, energy, aesthetics, etc and that stack on top of good diet and training makes a huge difference even for those that have been training a while now

Also hit 3x3 deficit deadlifts at 335, a max pause squat set of 15 at 215 amongst other lifting last week. Stay rounded!

Peptides need a sticky thread to clean some shite up
Waited until 9am today to get some more heat acclimation before things start to cool down but 40 minutes w/25 minute progression run as 10:00 steady, 5:00 faster, 5:00 faster and 5:00 faster)

I'm still training.
2 mile ruck with a 50 lb pack this morning before work. Just got done hammering chest. Finished the workout with a set of 34 push ups with a 45 plate on my back. Got a pretty nice pump from it.
Weighed 149 lbs this morning so no fat shots for me.
eta: full disclosure, I did start back on TRT 3 weeks ago. I can either be 12% bodyfat at 145 lbs off of it or 12% bodyfat at 155-165 lbs. on it. I'll take the 155-165.

Still lifting, 150 mg TRT, 2 mg Reta, Plus CJC/IPA and Klow. I am 51 and have never received as many comments as I have lately telling me how in shape/muscular I look. I will take it. I put in alot of years of work and always followed eating correctly for the most part. But adding in the peptides gets you were you want to be as long as the work is there.

Is reta really that much better than tirz for, say, a 6'0 280 guy who just got diagnosed with pre-diabetes, and is trying to drop the weight and prevent that from progressing to Type-II?

i mean its better but if you are having success on tirz stay on it. main thing for you is understanding how to use this to change your lifestyle and get your diet in order and start lifting weights. 6' 280 is way off and you need to get that shite in order and not just eat the same way just less. it needs to be complete lifestyle choice
but reta vs tirz
tirz has better appetite suppression for many that dont get a lot of non exercise activity in . Reta ramps up metabolism with the addition of glucagon and for many that are not used to that end up eating more. but yea in every study reta out performs tirz.
in your case, dont matter really. just pick one and ride it out making lifestyle changes gradually. ride the minimum effective dose for as long as possible. only going up as needed.

Don’t turn my training thread into a peptide thread, fatty.

for the record
1 mile suitcase or double KB carry 2-3 times a week plus 2-3 times a week of heavy lifting and then 2000 calories with 200g of protein would fix 98% of the people asking about peptides on here
