Some heavy squats tomorrow, gents! First time we’re going up to 90%

Hell yeah! It's also a nice intro to the Seesaw since that's what I'm going to run in January.

Gonna be a longer workout if you use the prescribed rest time. I'm preparing for 90 minutes.

I been getting in my steps everyday, averaging well over 10k
Good to see the seesaw to make an appearance

I’ve got my average right at 10k. Some days were a little low, but I made up for it this weekend.

I took the family to SixFlags so I definitely hit my steps. Diet was crap though

It's a new week, time to get it done!
In anticipation that today's work would take a bit more time than we've been taking, I cut the prescribe rest times down. I did 2 minutes for Squat and Bench, 90 seconds for the rest of the work. I got it done right at 58 minutes.

Last set of the rows super set and I’m at 50 minutes. Definitely the longest one yet.
For sure didn’t take the full 3 minutes either. I gotta hurry gotta get to work![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

I thought it was relatively easy.

I liked the heavy weight low reps on squats. I used a belt on all of the squats today and it felt great. No back pain

Squats felt solid. Not easy, not hard. Bench felt easy though. I added a rep to each of my last 2 bench sets. Could have done more easily.
My lower back was tight all weekend, but felt fine when squatting. Did the whole seesaw beltless. I'm sure there will be deadlifts tomorrow so I'll just have to see how my back feels then. Getting old is rough sometimes.

Enjoyed the seesaw squats today.
Was able to do bench press finally! No pain, just a small bit of discomfort.

How much did y’all do on the bench assisted DB rows? I started with 40s and then went to 50s and then regretted that decision and back to 40s.
