Grabbed 50s for farmers walks instead of the usual 40s. Forearms starting to melt.

ETA: done! Hit an OHP PR too.

I just got done warming up. Face Planks are stupid, but I felt them.

Done! First set of front squats was bad as I was getting my form back. Bodybuilder style is the best. 165lbs on squats. Legs should be rested well for tomorrow.

Cranked out 145lbs on OHP. I think I could have gone 155lbs, but my shoulder popped once on that 2nd set so I didn't want to risk it.

Had my daughter on my back. She weighs 43lbs.

50lbs on the carries. Started raining while I was doing it.

Wish my quads were big enough to get a pump.

I got them chicken legs.

Well, by the time Squatober is over, you'll have those Tyson hormone injected looking chicken legs.

About to hit last set of farmers walk

First off frick those dumbass face down planks…that shite was stupid imo

2nd the damn warmup was harder than the squats lol

Front squats felt great, nice and fast

Got 135 on all the press sets, not bad for not doing for last month. These where strict strict and nice and smooth

Used 40lbs in weighted vest for push-ups

Used 80s on farmers walk

Just finished up Day 13.
The last two days of of lower volume & intensity came at a good time for me personally, as sleep has been extremely poor.

When I say lower intensity I'm definitely not talking about the Snatch Grip Deads. I used 60% and that weight pushed me.

Today was much better. Felt stronger as the squats went heavier.

That’s the truth. I had to cut the 10/leg down to 5 for RFESS. Did 10 the first time around and could hardly get the last 2 in.

The face down was so far out of left field. I have a feeling he’s sleeping with the girl that invented it and she kept badgering him to put it in there.

Well today was the day I have been dreading for some time now. I got to the gym and the squat rack was taken by some guy who wasn’t doing squats.

I had to do an even longer warmup and did some shoulders while I waited.

You must be at The Workout Company. You have to go tell them something. That’s uncalled for.

Bingo. I went over the Smith machine and did some light warmups but damn that was annoying.

I was that guy yesterday doing OHP after the squats, but some young kid walked up in between sets, and I said no worries dude I'll move.

Day 12 was difficult. The warmup nearly broke me before i started. I am not a fan of front squats but got it in and done after worrying over it all day. I just did regular planks since my lower back already has issues occasionally Doing that face down stuff looked like it would just put a bunch of stress on it

Today was easy. Got stronger as the weights went up. Really starting to enjoy the wide grip deadlifts.

Got that feeling that tomorrow is going to be a bear.

I’m in a Hyatt Grand Regency with a power rack and rogue bumpers today with inclinebenches, dbs, and kbs. I think I’m going to wait until Friday drops and just do it if it’s a monster workout

I bought it too. It looks badass. Hopefully your toilets are at a higher height than normal or going to the bathroom might just suck 1-3 days after that workout!
