I’ve been recovering in the hot tub most evenings.

Today’s workout was easy.

Looking forward to tomorrow. Almost halfway through October!

I liked the pause squats. Definitely going to incorporate those more. Made for a good stretch in my glutes

Just starting warmups.

Late start so I'm glad this will be a quick one.

Pause squats felt good. Legs are feeling pretty strong after a couple of easy days. Snatch grip deadlifts are alright. I still prefer stiff leg or RDL. Wonder if we'll see these in Deadcember?

Guess I better sack up tomorrow. I'm not going to be the only one to half arse it.

I was proud of my number of sets on Day 3 until I came in here and saw what you badasses put up. Love having this community of random internet bros lifting to push us. Going to think of that tomorrow at 6am

I finally just looked back and saw I did 14 sets. Going to try and get at least 12 sets tomorrow. I hope!

I felt the pause squats more in my inner thigh area than I do on regular squats. Right on the upward push.

frick that, your goal should be 15. Figure it out time wise and set the clock to make the shite happen.

Got a day behind again so just did front bend knee squat day.

Was fun leaving the same weight on the bar and not having to change everything out for the first three movements. 155 across the board. OHP was pretty tough being strict on the legs. 155 is usually pretty docile but whole different animal when you’re honest with yourself about leg push.

Supersetted push-up and farmers cause I had to get out of there. Legs feel awesome.

My back has been surprisingly sore. Forearms a contender though. I rarely do grip work so these chins and farmers are doing a number on me.

Yea upper back for me too. Very surprised that my legs aren’t more sore.

Continues to be quads and glutes for me. But I ran elbow meat before this so my legs had some downtime.

So I only did 12 sets on the pressure cooker last time. After seeing yalls #s I know I slacked off. Gonna try to get 15 this time

I've felt it more in my back than anywhere else.

Also, BackArms University has whooped my arse a couple of times, but the triceps have been responding well.

I haven’t had too much soreness. Maybe upper back also. Legs feel awesome and like I have a pump all day.

Just grinder out that AMRAP of triples. I read where a few of you had your eyes set on 15 and pinned my ears back and got it. Exhausted right now. I got 19 doubles and 15 was down to the wire.

Time for bench and back!

I hit 21 on the squats and really, really pushed, it turned into cardio . 14 on the bench. Loved the workout and am spent. I went into this mornings with a good mindset and enjoyed every second of it.

I assume you meant triples but 19 sets of anything in 10 mins is awesome
