Squatober 2020, friday was a huge volume day right before the weekends rest. Like 75+ reps

It is almost midmonth so it may time for a party! And from that party you may be able to adjust your max.

For the new comers this is what I’m thinking.
If you work out in the morning, we can meet up at Powerhouse or where ever you work out in Houma. I'm in my garage and I usually go elsewhere to max out.

Finished day 11. Squats and deadlifts were easy. I’m bad at pull-ups, and 21’s brought me back to my younger days.

I ain’t doing whatever that face down plank nonsense is in a public gym.
Hell I’m not doing it in a private gym either. That’s worthless cross fit stuff. Some things just don’t need variations.
