Is he still requiring monthly dues to be paid?

I’m no attorney but if you’re charging someone monthly dues to be a member somewhere and state they can’t use the facility for a specific reason when that reason isn’t actual true and you’re using the facility for something else then I’d say he may be in a ton of trouble here. Whether you have stock or not. Guess the question is if he’s requiring monthly dues to be paid.

Lol i would say yes. Still an enjoyable read. Need more details of the sexual things happening out there.

Some clarification:

1. Legal Matters: I guest I was not clear about the term "members". This not only includes the golfers who paid monthly fees, but also the homeowners who received certain commitments prior to obtaining ownership. There is also some issues with the HOA and its restrictions, uses, etc. There is also issues with driveways and roadways being damaged by the weight of this extremely large work trucks (30-50), and the noise of these trucks, which pass throughout the day and night. As to the golfers, a few short months ago, the monthly fees were raised and to justify the increase certain commitments were made. I have no idea abut the validity of the claim, but I know the firm that was hired, and they are legit.
2. Management: Trey continues to lose many great employees, just recently the head chef. The turnover is
likely because he hired one of his best friend's wife to manage the complex. Mrs. Daye has absolutely no golf experience, no management experience, and is responsible for course conditions being less than expected for LaTour.
3. Sexual Shenanigans: If I was a betting guy, I would say 90% of those following this thread skip issues 1 & 2, to get to this topic. The heads green keeper, a married 50 year old man with a nice family, started doing the tango with a young cart girl. This same cart girl was also doing the tango with a young bag boy. These relationships were common knowledge around the golf course. At one point during these relationships, one of the males did not want to share the cart girl anymore. A confrontation ensured in front of the general public which turned in to a full blown fist fight with the poe-poe having to get involved. In anticipation of this question being asked: No, the cart girl is no longer working at the golf course, I do not have pictures of her, and yes she was damn good looking.
4. If I can get any pictures (aerials of the course, not the former cart girl), I will post them here if I can figure out how to do so.
