How does this place not have a car board?
Guys from work took me there as a going away party a few weeks ago. Was real nice.
People that constantly make excuses are a red flag. Get your gun and money back asap.

He’s autistic
Yea security is a 24 hour job. He obviously had the night shift so this would be half way through his 12 hour shift. Are you dense?
Going to take a stab at it, only because my neighbors in Houston years ago did the same thing.
Person with an interest or attachment to St Jude died with no heirs or none worth leaving anything of value to so they left their house to St Jude. Problem is St. Jude isn’t in the RE business. So they need money to fix the house up to make it a marketable property. They don’t have a RE division with a pool of money to do repairs on an OOS property. So they ask the executor or the family for the money.
It’s a noble cause but should be cleared with the organization prior to putting it all in writing.

He’s not a course superintendent. He’s over all of BREC.

They hired a new superintendent Brooks Williams

That’s not all it needed. It had severe erosion issues and sand boils and their cart paths were buckling from tree roots just to name a few. Years of a high Thompson Creek wreaked havoc on 1,2,3,17 and was beginning to take 18. Can’t tame Mother Nature.
We signed a year lease on the apartment. Will likely be here another 5-7 years but after that will probably move to FL for retirement.

They couldn’t make a profit in the last five with some of the best players in the game and international events.

Man that’s nuts!
I appreciate all the feedback and information. Will do some looking around once we get settled and it cools down. Dallas is HOT!

Yea when I googled last week there were a ton of options. Anything is an upgrade from BR.
Can possibly go to 3k/mo but that would be stretching the budget as we are saving for a house in the area and would like to put as much down as possible.

Moving into an apartment in North Dallas this weekend (Lake Highland area) for at least a year. Looking to join a club in the area. Something with good mens group and practice area. Not really too concerned with dining, pool, etc. Don’t want a goat ranch either. Would like to keep dues under 2k/mo if that’s possible? Also what are some good public tracks in the area?

It won’t. Just sucks we missed some of the best players in the world competing in their primes.

You don’t like grinding the sole off your irons?
She sucks. The 50 passive-aggressive hand written notes piss me off too.
Again, this boils down to Raby.
