The spicy BBQ at TJ ribs is fantastic.

Its their house BBQ mixed with some crab boil.

I like all the Private Selection sauces from Kroger better than the popular brands. My favorite is the Tx. Inspired. It's not as sweet as most.

For simplicity and easy to grab in my fridge- Sweet Baby Rays. However, when I smoke or grill, I make my own.

That's my favorite of the Private Selection sauces. I like the black pepper kick in it

Used to use KC Masterpiece

I’ve been using Stubbs original for years now.

I’m not a big fan of thick sweet sauce.

Whatever I use, I cook it and add beer and/chicken stock to thin it out and lighten it up.

A bbq gravy if you will.

I like to taste the meat I’m eating
