Why would anyone want to deep fry red meat?

Example... If you had your choice between a oven cooked prime rib roast, a smoked prime rib roast or fried prime rib roast, which one are you picking?
I just don't get the fascination of frying it versus the other methods

I’m not going to fry up a New York Strip or Ribeye but a good chicken fried steak using round is damn good.

I don't prefer it fried, but a chicken fried ribeye is pretty good with gravy, green beans and macaroni.
Every once in a while I drop into Parenton's on a Thursday and get that.

My medical situation is more complicated than what I have shared here on TD. I am not bitter at all, I just don't like the south, save a few very small pockets. Thanks for the prayers.
