Allergen cleanup.
I’ve been in the food industry for 16yrs, and if you manufacture something with PB, it’s usually a several hour long allergen cleanup, during which you produce nothing. And if you don’t already have peanuts in your facility, you avoid it like crazy.

If you’re near a Braum’s their peanut butter cup ice cream is top tier. Has a ribbon of peanut butter with peanut butter cups. shite. Now I want some.
