Bottles are not bought and sold in the group. Distilleries sell bourbon. A collective of people chip in to purchase private barrels. Private barrel for private members. They aren't for sale anywhere.

Wish I knew. It's an unfortunate hassle. Secondary sites still rolling along. Seems we may have had someone report both LBC and LBH. Neither have been given an explanation by FB.

Facebook shouldn't have shut them down. There are numerous secondary groups out there blatantly defying facebook rules.

This is America. if a collective of legal adults want to pitch in money to split a barrel of whiskey not currently distributed in your state, I really dont see why there should be a legal issue.

Why should it be that way? The act of sale occurs in Kentucky. Taxes should be owed up there.
