Sours - Pretty much all that NOLA puts out. The Urban South Goses are pretty damn good as well.
Lawnmower/All Day - Abita The Boot
Crawfish - Abita Strawberry
Stout - Reve

That stuff is amazing but boy is it sour! I was at GABF one year and me & some friends were at Falling Rock Tap House. There was another group sitting nearby and one of the guys got up to go get a beer and he comes back with one of these. His GF wanted a taste so he gave her the glass. She tried it and made a face like I've never seen before. "Oh my GOD! That tastes like fermented stomach acid!"

An ESB of some sort. English ales are highly underrated but I’ve been seeing more craft brewers trying them out.

Depends where you are at. I make most of the ones i drink, but if you can get them, Wicked Weed, Jolly Pumpkin, Jester King, Great Raft. Sours , in general, are great, but i've been making dry saisons and blending them with some sour beer i made, and i really do love it. It's kind of hard to find a specific commercial example because a lot of brewers just classify them as "sour ale". Some will call them "rustic farmhouse" or "Farmhouse saison". I call mine sour saison because the base recipe is a saison, but it's inocculated with wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria as well as saison yeast.

I love this beer, but the price on these are so high, that i rarely buy them. I also drink a shite load of sours, so this isn't overly sour to me. Now Cascade's sours might be some of the most tart sours i've ever had. That and some quick sour gose's get too sour. My early homebrew sours would pucker you up pretty good as well.

Man that sounds good! I've been wanting to get into home brewing but don't have the space at the moment.

Lately I've been loving a good Heffe such as Live Oak Heffe or a Franziskaner or a Weihenstephaner.

Tiny Bomb is such a great beer. It hits all the notes you want in a beer like that. It's my go-to when I go to parties.

Anchor Steam holds a special place in my heart. It's my deserted island beer. I just wish I could consistently find it fresh, and by fresh I mean not dusty year old bottles. I will always get it when I see it on tap somewhere.

When I’m not drinking hours old Monkish hops, I’m Bourbon County Vanilla Rye or bust. Crushing one per week minimum while watching Dawson’s Creek,

I think Steve May be the best coffee stout I’ve had.

It taste like sweetened cold brew

I am Think it’s fun that a lot of breweries have come sorta full circle and offer lagers.

Paradise Park and Catahoula Common are both good.

And I will Drink the frick out of some Modelo Especials with lime.

Favorite non-hoppy beer that is available year around is Left Hand’s Nitro Milk Stout.

When available I like Sam Adams Winter Lager.
