Or scrapple. I grew up eating scrapple as my father was from Pennsylvania and had Habbersett scrapple shipped every winter which is the only time they would ship.

Country ham and country sausage are my favorites, and it would be difficult to pick one in preference to the other. Finding decent country ham down here is difficult, though.

Glavlax (lox or smoked salmon), put that on a buffet and I'm going to cost you. I usually make my own, very easy, messy, but easy.

Hands down, it's bacon.

I like Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage from time to time and I've gotten into making my own which is quite good, and a hell of a lot cheaper than any store bought stuff out there.

Every once in a while the local Rouses puts Lil Sizzlers on sale for $.99 a pack and I'll get several of them to stick in the freezer to use as needed.
