What's your favorite breakfast meat?

We all know everyone loves bacon, but is it your favorite breakfast meat?
For me, there is nothing better than ground sausage patties, especially when served with pancakes or waffles. There is nothing better than a bite of sausage that has a tad bit of syrup on it.
Along the same lines, I love white sausage gravy served over a fried egg and biscuit.

Jimmy Dean, but not hot or the sage. I'd rather season to my level of heat and the sage style is way too strong.

Wasn't thinking about this but yes, a damn good steak the night before, reheated in a black iron skillet with a little butter, served with an over easy egg, doesn't get much better.

Bacon, sausage patties, sausage links. Doesn’t matter, I’ll eat any and all. I love the all star breakfast at Waffle House!
