We have a few very good Krogers here in MS. However I drive down to Hammond for Rouses for plenty of cajun and LA ingredients. Kroger just doesn't have anywhere near the selection. Yall would be very disappointed when looking for LA specific cuisine ingredients. ...

You have to cook the chicken ahead of time and let it get cool. If it is cool enough, it will slice through with a sharp knife and you can cut into whatever size you want.
