hard to beat a link of boudin rolled in a pan till the skin gets crisp placed on a plate and busted open with a fork then a couple or 3 soft fried eggs put on top. The egg yolk in the boudin is well hard to beat

Leftover fried speckled trout that’s been in the fridge overnight.

Slap that fillet into a foldover piece of Evangeline Maid bread.

Deer breakfast sausage (patty). Cut the tube open, hand form the size patties you want, pan fry in bacon grease, two fried eggs on top
