Saw this today at Zuppardo's in Metairie. Kind of pricey, but what would you do with it?

Gluten free boudin balls.
Joking.
I would deep fry some oreos or something.

Buy a bag of your favorite pork rinds and crush the up. 3x cheaper

I think that would make an outstanding breading for a chicken cutlet.

I get them every now and then as I have Celiac. I use the. In place of anything I would use gluten free bread crumbs for, last time was eggplant parm

Country Corner’s pork rinds in the Garden District (BR) are outstanding. The ones in the unmarked ziplocs by the register.

I fried eggplant in them to try something new. It was good, but the regular bread crumbs are a little better.

snort it with a boudin casing straw like a normal human being

maybe when I was younger. These days I just roll them up and smoke them

Slice a zucchini and coat with your favorite hot sauce then dust em with it. Deep fry at 350F until golden brown then enjoy.

Someone in new product development at Pringles could get a promotion.

Put it in cornbread.
That's an interesting idea. I doubt I would buy those, but I might crush some pork rinds and add them to a cornbread batter and see what happens.

I mean, how has this not been said yet?

That was my first thought as well but that jar is 12 oz. 12 oz bag of pork rinds would cost pretty close to that. Might save $2.

Have used them as breading while on keto diet. My wife's breaded chicken was awesome. Buy a bag of regular pork rinds for $3 and crush them up. Will yield a lot more than that $12 jar.

I would lightly press them into the top surface of biscuit dough before baking.

This is perfect for topping a boudin king cake across the Steen's layer
