Sesame chicken pretty much never lets me down.

I’ve done both.
I prefer The oil because you can coat them in the sauce better but sometimes the oven is just too easy

I've only done the oven method, then tossed the chicken in a saute pan with the sauce to toss it around in. It works fine enough for me. Serve it on some cauliflower rice from TJ's.

Mu Shu chicken/pork (with plum sauce and pancakes) or Peking Duck

Moo Goo Gai Pan or Mongolian Chicken, House Special Fried Rice, and an order of Spring Rolls.

Shrimp with garlic sauce. Place by the House makes a great one with a spicy sauce, and I like their veggie mix- broccoli, carrots, red onion, bell pepper, water chest nuts.

Hot and Sour soup
General's Chicken
Moo Goo Gai Pan
I've become an egg roll snob - I only really like the ones at Royal China. I've also pretty much gotten over fried rice.

This west bank place called China Doll has a really badass thing called Har Kew. It is fried shrimp with stir fry veggies.
If I'm going to Five Crappiness it's got to be the Chinese Duck
Other places, shrimp and garlic sauce szechuan.

Depends on where I’m at.
If it’s Cathay Inn, it’s gotta be Mandarin Chicken.
If it’s at Trey Yuen, Tong Cho Chicken.
At 5 Happiness, Sweet n Sour Platter.
At China Doll, Lemon Chicken is king
At Empress of China, Sweet n Sour Pork.
At Young’s in Kenner, I always get Mandarin Chicken.
Tea Garden in Gentilly does a good Tong Cho Chicken too.
