A place called the Butcher Shop in Little Rock. It’s known for steaks and they were slightly above an Applebee’s steak.

Re Antoine’s , the appetizers and desserts are great. The main courses are mediocre

Ruffios lafayette.
Steaks expensive and poor quality. If i want a good steak for that price i’ll go to ruths. Other items on menu aren’t worth the price either.

Canes and only because the sauce is disgusting.

I have said this for 20 years. The only reason people think La Fonda’s is good is because they were so drunk from the margaritas they couldn’t tell how shitty the food was. Your defense of a shitty restaurant should never start with it being generational. Cause all that means you were a part of generations of dumbasses.

McClards bbq in Hot Springs.
Their beans taste like they were poured straight from the can.

When did you go? Before or after the renovations and reopening. It was terrible. Now it’s a completely different restaurant.

I also forgot to mention Johnny Sanchez. This would be my #1. Known for tacos which were small, tasteless and way overpriced. I went about a year ago, maybe they were kinda new. Table of 6 and everyone was disappointed.

The Salt Lick. Meat was good but nothing amazing. Sides were almost inedible. Atmosphere and scenery were excellent though.
