What you expect he’s got a million dollars on the line that LSU will payout to him. Why wouldn’t you.
Yes and no. Yes a little behind or on par with peers in the Lafayette area feeder schools for the most part. When we moved to the DFW area years behind public schools in Texas. Spent a ton on tutoring to catch up my oldest who was a straight A student at St Cecilia.
I agree and disagree with this. Do you think Cuba is cool. I think it needs to be refined and rained in but look at the parody. The days of Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State stashing talent on the 2 and 3 deep are over.

I honestly kinda like it and don’t feel bad for the schools. They had years to get in front of this and blew it off like no way players will ever get paid and guess what.

Teams that couldn’t consistently compete are now getting playoff spots and blue bloods are on the outside looking in. Change is good welcome to a capitalist society not a communist state. These players are getting paid not off what they decide they are worth but what the free market has decided they are worth.
Cathedral or Fatima. Both my kids attended St Cecilia great school, great environment but speaking from our experience and some others academically they are a good bit behind the others. Many parents complained about kids being very behind when moving on to high school. We had a friend that taught there and she would encourage parents to switch if they planned on attending STM or Teurlings. My kids are older 21 and 17 so maybe it’s gotten better.

Money. Same reason anyone chooses to be a faggy. I doubt anyone grows up wanting to be a part of the Jizz Jar cult.

Guess it’s time to fire Teche back up.
Tell me you’ve never played sports without telling me you’ve never played sports. This is the type of TD posting that confirms you didn’t listen or understand the message. Let me ask you this we have the winningest active coach in football who has a proven track record who you gonna replace him with. In the end doesn’t matter who you hire you are depending on teenagers to go out and execute a game plan. Agree or not LSU has put together one of the best coaching staffs in the country. And yes we are spoiled for some reason we’ve come to expect that we should go undefeated and I’m sorry in the current college football I think that’s going to be tougher then ever with coach and player turnover.

Kinda like Quinn Ewers right
Based on how it turned out I guess we don’t have to worry about shoes or what feet they are on. CCU coach embarrassed himself on national television and as usual the coach that had been there before acted as a professional and helped his team win a championship. Book closed. You and the CCU coach can all cry about would’ve could’ve should’ve but in the end it won’t matter. Chances are him staying wouldn’t have mattered much either.
Name another coach dumb enough to put himself in the position to be thrown out in the first inning of a championship deciding game. Honestly if you agree with the ump or not as a "High Level Coach" you shouldn't put yourself in that situation to begin with. If it was the 7th inning and he was trying to fire his guys up OK fine I'm good with that but you decided that this was the hill you would die on in the first inning handicapping your team for the rest of the tournament. Just not smart if you ask me.
I understand how it works. What I’m saying is from the donors standpoint I don’t see the return for the money invested. I doubt winning second tier sports increases enrollment like Football.
I'm willing to bet Oregon spent more and got much less in return. I don't disagree with what your saying, but no different them spending money on Women's Basketball or Softball no way to ever recoup that no matter the result.

Time to start blaming the players. They are paid to win games to not just the coaches. This is the fault of lack luster pitching and lazy base running. All the fault of players

Agreed that’s three straight weekends he’s looked like shite and given up the lead. Time to stop blaming Jay and putting some of the blame on the players not performing.
The same bleacher report that graded the 2012 Seattle Seahawks complete draft class an F. The make up of that draft led to 2 straight super bowls 3 years later. They drafted 2 first ballot HOFers in that draft so if they grade this pick an F that lets me know maybe we are onto something.

Of course they regraded it in 2018 trying to save face as an A or B+.

PFF graded it as a B+ from the start. I trust them I don’t trust anything related to BR.

Sage Sure quoted me $11k on $650k value with a 2% deductible in Iberia Parish. Crazy how much it can vary. 0 claims in 19 years of owning a home.

Opened West St Mart high school and like most small towns people started moving out as the jobs left the area. I think for the first couple of years after they built the new school they were both either 2A or 3A and over time just got smaller and smaller. Both lucky to be 1A now.
Graduated in 99 from FHS last year of full campus. Class was 376. I think total enrollment that year was close to 2,000 the school was busting at the seems but they wouldn’t open the round building. I always said they should’ve built a new school that could’ve combined the entire west end of the parish. Would’ve been a power house in sports especially with the non select split that came later.
Three straight trips to the championship game back to back state titles. Coach building something nice down in Franklin. Congrats to them on another great season.
