Lejeune’s Smoked ponce 
FYI, for those Lafayette folks who like Lejeunes... they not have a satellite location on Mount Vernon right off of Johnston. Their sausage, Tasso, & ponce are incredible.

Ponce makes a great breakfast meat. We get ours at the Best Stop in Scott.
