Another HomeChef meal. Chipotle meatloaf topped with cheddar jack, bacon, and bbq sauce. Ranch green beans with fried onions.
Also, my friend brought me a loaf of sourdough she baked, so I fried some up and topped with Kerrygold.
I’m digging this little subscription. Won’t be something I’ll do forever considering I enjoy cooking on my own, but it has been nice for avoiding my normal 5+ weekly trips to the store.

Hadn’t thought about that, but having the exact groceries delivered does sound good about now. My pasta dish is made up of several ingredients that were on the edge of going bad. Sigh.

I paneed some pork loin chops pounded thin and seasoned.
Served with garlicky Angel Hair pasta Alfredo, honey buttered carrots and leftover rolls from last night.
Need to make more of the sauce next time!

Big bowl of Greek yogurt seasoned with fresh dill, garlic, dried onion.....eaten with carrot sticks and potato chips. Hey, it was a better nutritional choice than a delivery pizza. Not feeling up to cooking.
