Made a 'boillabaise' of langostino shells, garlic, ginger, Tabasco, onion, IPA beer.
Grilled scallops and langostinos.
Very upset with myself, as I pulled a great recipe out my arse instinctively, and really would like to repeat it.
It was wonderful, and I'm very hard on myself. Could not find a flaw, and I've never cooked with ginger. Was dealing with what was available (beer, dafuq?).
Should have filmed it.

It sounds like a lot of the companies are selling out, reducing orders to only 1 meal a week, canceling people's orders, etc. depending on their location and what is in stock. I just learned that from another forum.
Just a head's up there if you're considering looking into any during the virus. I didn't realize a lot of them aren't even taking new customers. I had no issues signing up for mine and getting the full 3 meals so far

Spinach and ricotta ravioli with creamy chicken, tomato and parmesan. Not sure it has a name.
