I put some chicken leg quarters, thighs and French Settlement Green Onion sausage on the Traeger this afternoon. Threw together some baked beans and Rice a Roni and it was a delicious meal!
I'm pretty much convinced that nothing cooks chicken as good as a pellet grill.

My much much MUCH better half surprised me with this great meal tonight.
Half Italian half Greek. Tzatziki sauce, crostini, brushetta and something that started with a T that tasted alot like Olive salad (that container on the left).
It was delicious.
