I am going to grill a Tuna steak with jumbo Gulf shrimp and will have leftover vegetables from last night with it

I'm going to grill bacon wrapped venison bites and a few burgers. No idea on sides yet.

I made the usual chicken salad and cornbread for Lucy. Also, normal pasta. But the difference today was the grilled chicken breast.
I got a bonesless skinless and marinated in:
Garlic Terryaki
Lime Juice
Liquid Smoke (fajita marinade is the same)
Sricachi (sp) hot sauce.
After 3 hours of marinade tossed it on a low heat BBQ grill for half hour, turned and left on for another half hour while I cut the grass (watching out for snakes...I love mowing over snakes in Spring).
Came out great. Very moist...which is hard to get with chicken breasts.

Either leftover grilled stuff or leftover crawfish and quinoa salad. I have to stop making the salad, but I'm kind of addicted.

This is just my leftovers but we went to Chelsea's and I got the special which was their chicken fried chicken with melted Parmesan on top.. All over risotto in a tomato basil marinara sauce with grilled veggies. Awesome.

Sautéed mushrooms over rice, half an avocado and mashed orange/purple sweet potatoes and turnips with garlic and fresh basil. Had to try it out my new vitamix!
