Started off with grilling some yellow squash and zucchini, then made a creamy spinach parmesan orzo and then grilled some salmon.

stopped in Kenner seafood for lunch and brought home a half dozen nice crabs. Pulled some beets from the garden and made a beet green, roasted beet, glazed pecans and goat cheese salad to go with them

Finally finished the last of the birria. Made quesabirria tacos.
Highly suggest giving homemade birria a try. The final result was incredible and the effort wasn’t too much.
