4 Bone Thin Cut Short Ribs

These have become a favorite in my house. Take a ride to JB Butcher Block or catch Cutrer's at The Red Stick Market on Saturday's. Really good and quick on the grill.

Looking for some recs for the Northeast during the 3rd week of October.

Just had this exact issue, after troubleshooting everything, a pentair rep came to my house and replaced the control board. Fixed the problem

re: Best Brisket in BR?

Let me make this really easy for everyone who wants Brisket in BR, it's very simple, in no particular order and keep your comments to yourself.......Hannah Q, Off Set, and Salt Pepper Oak. If you want to drive 45 minutes to Luling, Gonzo's is worth it. Blanchard's in Lafayette is also good.

This is exactly why I knew this thread would go absolutely nowhere. Everyone in BR thinks they know BBQ when they actually have no idea. I really enjoy good BBQ and don't really care how long it takes or how big the pit is.
dumbest idea i have heard in a long time

Anyone cooking Argentina or Spain related food dishes today?

Paella for Spain seems to be really popular along with Grilled Steak with Chimichurri for Argentina
