AirBNB Advice

Here’s the rundown: I booked an AirBNB. Our flights were delayed so did not get in until 3am. I got there and it was not as advertised. The ceiling was caving in and the ac did not work. It was a shared apartment complex which was not as advertised. Decided to stay as it was late. Next day, decided we could not deal with it any longer and moved to a hotel. I called AirBNB and they said since I didn’t document the ac not working and noise that they could only give me a 10% refund. I’m fine with paying the night I was there but how am I supposed to document air temperature? Has anyone ever dealt with something like this?

I just want to loop back to this. You drove 16 hours round trip in the middle of your trip?

Trying to weigh out the pros and cons of driving versus flying if (when) LSU makes it to Omaha. Not interested in driving that far but may be convenient to have a car there. Anyone have a preference or experience here?

Road-trip from top of New Jersey to Virginia in 5 days so can spend more/less time wherever
Enjoy all activities (outdoors, museums, breweries, eateries, hiking, adventure)
