Weekend 10 of 10; hunting camp cooking

Friday night we did goat cheese dumplings, seared tuna over green beans and chick peas and olives, then a homemade chocolate cupcake with homemade chocolate icing and a piece of pistachio/salted chocolate bark. Saturday brunch we did pork chili with cheese and sour cream over a bed of deer tamales. Saturday night we had homemade fig preserves on crackers with fresh Gouda slices and a sliver of apple, all on a bed of salad. Also, we had saffron risotto underneath a large piece of osso bucco, and homemade lemon meringue pie.
