1.) Lambda - coconut cream pie is tied with banana cream pie as my favorite.

2.) Hobo crawfish, lump crabmeat, and remoulade? Yes, please.

3.) Because crawfish and lump crab > softshell crab...

Pizza looked good, but olives on a meat pie is not my favorite, and I'm not a fan of goat cheese, so I couldn't vote for the other pies, although I would definitely scarf them down.

I was going to make a pumpkin pie with bourbon maple glazed pecans and bourbon maple whipped cream topping, but, my hotel room doesn't have an oven.

I coulda been a contender...
