The worlds #1 cheeseburger

This is crazy the amount of care and preparation to make a cheeseburger.
It's a little over the top with the rancher and his love for his cows and the "hug" at the end, but this is produced and narrated professionally. Would I eat a $35 hamburger, oh hell yeah.

I’ll have to watch later but the best I’ve ever had was Au Cheval. NFA in Atlanta out of a gas station is number 2

Thunder Road burger at Litton's in Knoxville is my favorite.

Maybe I’m a simple, old CoonAss, but I sure enjoyed a double cheeseburger, w/mayo & raw onions @ 5 Guys…

Left feeling like it was way overhyped. Tried it a second time a few days later; didn’t change my opinion.
Holeman & Finch is my best burger in the ATL with the Vortex in 2nd. Probably mostly out of nostalgia. Their discontinued Spanish Fly burger was my guilty pleasure back when I was in college.

I guess I need to get up to Fountain City.

I shite you not…Vivian Louisiana, Discount Tobacco. It’s a Discount Tobacco but also has a small diner inside. Hand patties 1/3lb seasoned well but not over the top. Lettuce, tomato, and onion all very fresh. Cheddar cheese on a jalapeno sourdough bun. Nothing crazy. Just basic burger really but everything was fresh and it just worked.

I actually had Hundred Burger a couple weeks ago in Madrid and it was legit. I got the one with peanut butter, my wife got the “singular” (one that won best burger), and we got our son the basic cheeseburger. The bacon was outstanding, and the BBQ sauce they used was great. Got mine their recommended temp and it was a little more rare than I would probably like my burger, but my wife’s was more medium and it was perfect IMO.

Figure out how to make that bread for the bun and you can easily make these on your own grill/skillet at home.

Can’t stand smash burgers.
Give me a classic simple burger bar burger. When we go to NYC my wife and I always stop and get one at Peter Luger’s before heading to the airport on our last day. Perfect way to end the trip.

Not sure about #1 cheeseburger but I love Alvin Zhous food videos, great channel to watch

Vine’s 2.0 in McComb has an outstanding hamburger

Agreed Holman & Finch is significantly better than NFA. I’ve had Au Cheval twice and it isn’t as good as H&F.

Are these burgers better than a double meat lotto burger with cheese from Frostop?

Jolly on YT has a great video on this burger. Almost seems like there's a definite sweet spot on the aging and richness.

Wow. Thats impressive. I hadn’t heard of H&F.
Not best in the world I’d guess, but I had a burger at Thomas Keller’s burger joint in Yountville yesterday, and it was pretty outstanding.

I remember enjoying a nice lottoburger from frostop. What I really enjoyed was their french fries at the Laplace Frostop. They came to a point at both ends, were crispy and delicious.
This would have been in the late '70s .

Best cheeseburger I ever had was in a place called JL Beers in Watford City, ND.

I really like the Oklahoma style smash burger that burger America trumps. I make it often at home and it's really good. Ton of onions but so much flavor
