I like Tabasco because it's a little hotter than the Franks, La Hot Sauce, ect. but damn it's so much more expensive.

I like Tabasco for salads, and for most cooking purposes. It has the advantage of being less salty than others

I have to order Crystal on Amazon because no stores around here carry it. Crystal truly is the GOAT.
But when I want heat, this is my current favorite, it's got that smoky habenero flavor, highly recommend:

Crystal is the best Louisiana made hot sauce that’s widely available. I’m sure there are some “craft” ones that don’t distribute outside LA that are better.
