Try the Tabasco chipotle. It’s awesome.

Tried this today at lunch for the first time at ACME. Good stuff.

I think of Tabasco as a condiment more than a hot sauce. It's good on a variety of things. I mostly use it for pizza, spaghetti, etc.

I'm not a fan of Crystal's or Louisiana Hot Sauce.

This is my current favorite.

When I use Tabasco all I taste is Tabasco. The othe La hot sauces I don’t get that same deal.

Another online or at the shop product is the Raspberry Chipotle sauce. Perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Nah

And I like chalupa, but it’s not even a hot sauce it’s just a sauce.

Tobasco has good heat, salt and acidity. Which is why it pairs so well with food.

Sorry your gutter Georgia pallet doesn’t get that.

Is that why I found it everywhere in West Africa? Lol. Taste is obviously a preference thing but I doubt anyone outsells them year in, year out. A quick Google search says

Ever notice in just about any restaurant scene in movie etc., you can spot a bottle of Tobasco on the table with other condiments. I have even spotted on British TV restaurant scenes.

Legit. I've seen it over there on tables or behind the bar.

Brits will slap "Louisiana" in the name of a dish, from burrito to barbecue, that has nothing to do with Louisiana. They seem to use it to try to indicate that it is flavorful or good.

Mind your manners sonny. Tabasco is perhaps in the top 3 things people know LA for that doesn’t involve being ripped off on Bourbon St and puking in a dumpster. I gather you are under 35 and think Buffalo Wings is gourmet food better than boudin. Stella Artois over Bud Lite. Probably think Starbucks brand beats Community coffee too. Ever been to a Waffle House and actually talk to the waitress or those around you? WTF made you start a thread against Tabasco???? Get a life.

7 pages and the troll From jawja hasn’t been back. Nothing of culinary value has ever come from that shithole.

For whatever reason I prefer Tobasco on chili. I have no explanation since it’s Louisiana for everything else.

Mexican bottle sauces tend to overpower things. Not always with heat, just too much going on in the flavor profile.
