What y'all cooking for the game Sunday? Weather should be sunny and cool in SELA.

For us so far:
Smoked Pork Butt- pulled pork
Smoked Queso
Corn Dip
Undecided on the rest.

And if you're here to tell everyone how they're a POS for watching football and you haven't watched a game in 20 years: kindly GFYS.

I am grilling burgers, dogs, and boudin. Mrs Jabba is making bread pudding. Guests are responsible for finger foods and desserts. Easy and simple. Little to no cleanup.

I posted about them on sale at Winn-Dixie and Dorignac's in the N.O. area earlier today.

I picked up 2 from Winn-Dixie around 9 this morning and they had a ton of them in the meat cooler. I'll probably pick up a couple more tomorrow.

I plan to use them for making some boudin and andouille this weekend.

Ribs
Armadillo eggs
Chipped beef dip
Veggie pizza, which is really just crescent rolls for the crust, mayo/cream cheese/spices as the sauce, and raw veggies with shredded cheese as the toppings.

Pretty sure I have a Duroc pork butt in the freezer. I'll bust that out and try this smoked queso I read about here.

I think I'm going to do a brisket. Might throw some wings on the smoker while the brisket rests.

You make a jambalaya/pastalaya like you regulary would. Instead of adding rice or pasta you use shredded cabbage. You only add a little stock. Maybe 1/4 of what you would for a regular jamabalaya. Its basically smothered cabbage.
