Smoked a tri tip and made a chili out of it. Baked a sweet potato for a side. Picture doesn't highlight the tri tip but it was a chunky, spicy chili!

Threw some ribs and a brisket on the pit. Ribs were lunch, brisket and the other stuff was supper. I like the end pieces with the bark. Got my bartender fed. Crust on the potatoes looks black. Wasn’t in the plate. :)
