Instagram has some great ads and one for Wildfish Cannery caught my eye. I love smoked and canned fish, and ordered the herring, smoked salmon, octopus and also their spruce tips jelly and curry pickles made with kelp.

Wasn't cheap and was fun to do as a one time purchase. Fish was all quality and the jelly had a nice floral flavor. The kelp pickles were a surprise and were very good with a hint of curry and a good texture.

Recently discovered pistachio butter at Rouse's.

Almost taste like pistachio flavored white chocolate. Great on a sandwich with jelly or over ice cream where it hardens into a shell.

It’s great on vegetables and fruit also. Someone on here posted about it, and I’m glad they did.

I saw that post too and added it to my shopping list. Next time I'm at Trader Joe's, I'm definitely getting some.

Sonoma Creamery cheese crisps, parmesan with pumpkinseeds or bacon/cheddar.

#2 is the Yasso greek yogurt frozen pop. Bunch of flavors, 100 calories and 5 grams of protein. Mint choc chip, coffee choc chip, fudge brownie, salted caramel, etc. No fake sugars either.

On pistachio's: These have ruined regular pistachios for me. I'll never willing go back to plain salted.

+1 Costco also sold them reasonably priced for a big bag. Haven't seen them there in a while, though.

Jimmy John's sells every sandwich on their menu as an "Unwich" - no bread, wrapped in leaf lettuce. Great Keto meal treat.

you doing keto Dog? the wife and i have been on it. its been interesting trying out a lot of new things. Costco sells a large pack of cauliflower rice broken into 4- 1lb bags. We made a roast and used it, and i'll be damned if i couldn't taste barely any difference in using it vs regular rice. Almost had the consistency of popcorn rice.

we did find a very very low carb bread that Rouses carries. You can also order it online. It's called Sola.

Dragos galic butter at Rouses. Used for chargrilled oysters but have been dabbing some in other dishes. Pepper Jelly sausage from NuNus that my mom brought her last week when she was a vacation.
