Buttarga - it's the sac that holds the roe of a grey mullet or blue fin tuna. It's an ancient delicacy that's said to have been eaten by the Phoenecians and it's served in cultures all throughout Europe to the Far East.
Shave it and sprinkle on top of pasta to flavor the pasta with a briny, savory fish flavor. I had it served over pasta in a fennel broth and it was amazing so I've been experimenting. The simpler the pasta dish, the better.

Yes - doing keto almost two months. Have lost about 20 pounds, would like to lose maybe 20 more. Target is what I weighed when I got out of basic in 1970.Might make it back to that once. I have an old fatigue shirt that it would be strange to wear one more time. Still to snug to work, but I can always dream.
Low keto bread - Aldi also has one. Tastes pretty good.
We eat the cauliflower pearls all the time. Get ours from Sam's, but they sound the same. Multiple packages in a large bag.
We eat a lot of zoodles - Zucchini cut with a zoodle slicer. I kind of like them.
The wife is pretty good at coming up with recipes.
Kind of fun cooking an entirely new style.

+1 Costco also sold them reasonably priced for a big bag. Haven't seen them there in a while, though
I've got 4 of the big bags per month on my Amazon Subscribe and Save.

Keep working at it! I got down to what I weighed at 21 years old for the first time in 15 years earlier this year. Slacked off for about 6 weeks and put 15 lbs back on. Getting back into it hardcore this week. Goal is to lose 25 lbs from where I am now, and be back at my weight as an 18 year old.
